Certified NLP Master Practitioner & Timeline Therapy Coach

Some patterns aren't yours to keep.

Life and relationship coaching with me, for the reactions you've outgrown and the relationships you're ready to show up for differently. Held over video, wherever you are.

No forms, no waitlist, just a conversation to start.

What I offer

Three ways to begin

Every path starts with a conversation. I shape the format around what you're carrying and who you're carrying it with.

Individual sessions

For the patterns you keep circling back to: self-worth, boundaries, and the relationship you have with yourself before any other.

Couple sessions

A held space for two people to actually hear each other again: communication, trust, and the parts that have gone quiet.

Meditation & NLP

Guided practice woven with NLP techniques, built to quiet the noise and interrupt the reactions that no longer serve you.

About me

A steady guide for the relationships that shape everything else

I'm a life transformation and relationship coach who works closely with people through the moments that quietly define everything after: communication breaking down, trust eroding, the distance that creeps in when two people stop really hearing each other.

I came to this work through a difficult chapter of my own, which is part of why my sessions lead with real empathy rather than a script. Drawing on Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Timeline Therapy, I help clients see the patterns behind their reactions, then work with you to build new ones, on your own or alongside a partner.

Outside of coaching, I paint, have a background in nutrition, and read widely on self-awareness, all of it quietly shaping the way I listen.

How it works

What actually happens in a session

Real change doesn't happen in one conversation. It's a process, not just advice.

01

Find the root

I gently map the patterns and beliefs actually driving the distance or conflict, before jumping to fixes.

02

Learn the tools

Simple, tested NLP techniques to turn reactive habits into responses that support what you actually want.

03

Build balance

Light mindfulness and lifestyle practices woven in, so staying calm and connected isn't a constant effort.

04

Redesign, together

Step by step, with care: rebuilding trust, respect, and closeness on steadier ground than before.

In their words

What clients say

Real words from people who've done the work, trimmed for length, not reworded.

I recently had a session with Sabahat for NLP and Hypnotherapy sessions to overcome my procrastination and I am extremely happy with the results. Sabahat was able to open my mind to new ways of thinking and timeline therapy has been a game changer for me.

At first I was hesitant about NLP but sister Sabahat's explanation of the process and rationale behind it helped me to understand and try it. It turned out to be a wonderful experience, I learned many things about myself that I had stored somewhere in a time capsule. Jazzak Allah Khair.

I was going through a very rough patch in my life, every single neuron in my body would scream for counseling. I tried a few before coming to Sabahat. Her NLP method was quite different and it stirred a different kind of understanding of myself and my reactions towards very normal and yet disturbing events of my life.

Questions before you book

What is NLP and how does it help?

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) explores the connection between how you think (Neuro), how you communicate (Linguistic), and your patterns of behavior (Programming). I use it to help you "reprogram" unhelpful habits into positive, adaptive thinking.

How many sessions will I need?

While many clients experience a "breakthrough" in clarity within 1–2 sessions, I typically recommend 3 to 6 sessions to fully integrate new habits and ensure long-term change.

Do both partners need to be present for couples sessions?

My approach starts with both of you together for the first session, so I can calibrate to the dynamic between you directly rather than one side of it. From there, I work with each of you individually on your own patterns, then bring you back together for a combined session roughly every three weeks to bring it back to the relationship itself.
